The ACE Guide is compiled and written for the artists, crafters, food vendors and entertainers who exhibit, perform or sell at art & craft events. For the last 15 years, the art & craft event guides that I have produced have been sold by subscription. I am now taking a leap of faith and transitioning my business to offer access to The ACE Guide free of charge!

As the editor of The ABC Art & Craft Event Directory and of The ACE Guide, I have watched the growth (and sometimes decline) of thousands of shows across the country for the last 15 years. I believe that attracting quality vendors is one of the most important keys to success for any show. I am hoping that the new changes I am making in The ACE Guide will allow me to publish a guide full of events that are interested in growing and thriving by attracting quality vendors.

Offering access to The ACE Guide free of charge means that your event listing will now be seen by thousands of additional visitors EACH WEEK! However, this change means that I will no longer be able to offer free event listings. I will still be offering the same detailed and easy to read event listings that have made ABCCraftEvents.com and The ACE Guide so popular. I will even include photos and/or event logos whenever possible. The only cost to you will be a $25 annual fee per event. Your event listing will be posted from the time it is received through the month of the event - so, the sooner you get it to me, the more I can do to help your event! This is a great value - if you attract just one new vendor to your event, you will easily pay for a year's worth of advertising in The ACE Guide!

To help make this transition easier, if you have already submitted your 2007 event listing, I will include the listing in the new "free access" ACE Guide free of charge. If you have not submitted your 2007 event, send me the info for both the 2007 and the 2008 event together and I will list both shows for just one fee of $25.

At this time, I have decided to postpone the publication of a print version of The ACE Guide. I want to put my time and efforts into the changes with the online version first. Please email me with any comments or suggestions that you have about The ACE Guide - I would love to hear from you!

The listing options for 2007 and 2008 events are:

$25 per event—Annual Event Listing - this one fee of $25 will list your event from the time it is submitted through the month it occurs.

This listing is the full, detailed listing that we have always offered as a "Featured Event" Listing.

You are invited to submit a photograph of your event. I will use as many as possible on the website, in future printed publications and in promotional materials. There is no charge for the inclusion of photos—but it is at the discretion of the editor.

$250 per year—Sponsoring Event Listing for all your events PLUS a Display Ad in the monthly e-magazine The ACE Vendor's Resource Guide (monthly distribution of 5000+)

This is a great value—especially if you have more than one event!

¨ You get a FREE Listing for ALL of your events for one year! (A value of $25 per event!)

¨ You get a 1/4 page display ad in our monthly e-magazine—The ACE Vendor’s Resource Guide. This publication is currently emailed to 5000+ subscribers each month. Your ad will run for 12 months and can be updated as needed.

I also try to give my Sponsoring Event Advertisers lots of extra exposure throughout the year.
